A car fire backed up traffic Wednesday morning on the Inner belt Bridge. The car was burning for about 15 minutes in the northbound lanes. As you watch the fire burn out of control, you can see an explosion. The Cleveland Fire Department put out the flames quickly. No one was injured in the fire. (September 9, 2008)
