The reporter from a local station in Washington, DC delivered a live broadcast on Hurricane Irene's progress as he stood on the boardwalk at Ocean City, Maryland, getting covered in a green foam that he described as some type of organic material. As he stood in front of the sea wall, 60 miles per hour winds sent foam flying over the boardwalk coating the reporter's face as he spoke to Fox 5's Greg Kelly and Christina Park. "It doesn't taste great" Mr Barnes admitted. "I don't know what it is, it has a sort of sandy consistency." He then added: "It doesn't smell great." Source:
